1. Services and Bookings

• Pijnacker Koeriersdiensten provides professional courier, transport, and distribution services within the Netherlands and designated international routes.
• All transport orders, whether placed via our online booking engine, email, or telephone, constitute a binding agreement once accepted by us.

2. Customer Responsibilities

As the customer/sender, you agree that:

• All shipment details (including dimensions, weight, pickup/delivery addresses, and special handling instructions) provided are accurate.
• The packages are properly packed and safe for transport.
• No prohibited, illegal, dangerous, or hazardous goods (as defined by Dutch and international transit laws) are included in the shipment.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Rates are calculated based on distance, package size, weight, and urgency.
• All invoices must be paid within the agreed-upon payment terms stated on the invoice.
• In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend future services and charge statutory interest under Dutch commercial law.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellations or changes to a scheduled pickup must be communicated to us at least [e.g., 2 hours / 24 hours] before the designated time. Failure to do so may result in a partial or full booking fee.

5. Liability and Transport Regulations

• Our transport services are governed by standard Dutch transport regulations, including the AVC (Algemene Vervoerscondities) and/or CMR conditions where applicable.
• Pijnacker Koeriersdiensten is not liable for delays or damages caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including extreme weather, traffic congestion, gridlocks, or customs delays.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
